2013 has been the strangest year of my life, my family had to cope with the loss of 5 pets. If I ever make enough money to support my own life and career the first thing I'll do is open an animal shelter and care center for stray dogs and cats in Kandy.

End of a bulk, cutting phase begins
I didn't realize that It's been over 1 year since I last blogged.
I have been dirty bulking on and off for the past 11 months. Weight gained is around 20 kg.
I'm hoping to cut down at least 10 lbs of fat in the upcoming months through cardio and HIIT.
Here's to hoping I make a successful cut.
